Billy Rowell ties Cut

The Baltimore Orioles are no longer continuing the Bill Rowell merry go round.

Rowell was the ninth overall selection in the 2006 draft

Billy spent six years with the organization and most recently failed a drug test which was followed by suspension. This cut short his attempted conversion to pitching. He will become a minor league free agent.
