Pedro Alvarez made his first appearance as the Orioles DH, Chris Davis was back from Bronchitis.

Ubaldo Jiminez started and Caleb Joseph caught.

The Orioles lead early on a Chris Dickerson single and stolen base. Groundouts. Score.

The Pirates tied the score with a sacrifice fly against Ubaldo in the third. He pitched into the fifth. Ubaldo got two outs before being removed after 77 pitches.

Zach Stewart allowed a run scoring double by Davis Freese. He walked the bases loaded and gave up a grand slam.

The Orioles came within a run in a sloppy seventh inning.
