Alec Asher bounced back nicely from his last outing in Houston. He had strong command all night and had his secondary pitches working. Asher came up with a key 3-2 strikeout of Andrew Benintendi with two outs in the 6th. Asher left with one out in the 7th and a runner on second. That runner would score later but the Orioles were able to hold on for the win. Final Line: 6.1 IP, 5 H, ER, 0 BB, 5 K, Win. He’s the Hangout Player of the Night.
