Luis Ortiz made his first Orioles start. He got injured in a play at first base. Mancini hit. And the Orioles rallied late.

Luis Ortiz allowed an earned run in an inning and two thirds. He pulled a hamstring covering first base.

Trey Mancini hit two home runs. Cedric Mullins was 2-4 with a walk.

Jimmy Yacabonis allowed four runs and Tanner Scott one with Ryan Meisinger, Don Hart and  Miguel Castro covering the rest of the outs scorelessly.

Renato Núñez erred, allowing two unearned runs.
