Oregon State Catcher and everyone’s top amateur player Adley Rutschman signed a eight point one million dollar contract to guide the Orioles through their next competitive window. He will have a press conference at two PM in the Warehouse and be introduced to the fans in attendance at tonight’s Orioles Hangout Festivities. Manny Machado will also be in attendance.
