- Mason Williams went 1 for 3 with 1 run scored, 1 homerun and 1 RBI.
- Dan Straily gave up 4 hits with 7 strikeouts over 5.0 scoreless innings pitched. He earned the win, his first in Norfolk.
BOWIE BAYSOX (39-40) WON 8-7 OVER AKRON – AA
- Yusniel Diaz went 1 for 3 with 2 runs scored, 1 homerun, 1 RBI and 1 walk.
- Dillon Tate gave up 3 hits and struck out 5 over 3.0 innings of relief pitched. He was credited with the save, his second.
FREDERICK KEYS (33-46) LOST 7-2 TO WILMINGTON – A (ADV.)
- Robbie Thorburn went 2 for 3 with 1 run scored.
- Blaine Knight gave up 4 runs, 1 earned, on 3 hits with 4 walks and 3 strikeouts over 5.0 innings pitched. The loss dropped his record to 0-5.
DELMARVA SHOREBIRDS (56-23) LOST 2-1 AT HAGERSTOWN – A (LOW)
- Seamus Curran went 2 for 3 with 1 run scored, 1 homerun and 1 RBI.
- Jhon Peluffo gave up 1 run and 1 hit with 1 walk and 3 strikeouts over 3.0 innings of relief pitched. He took the loss to drop his record to 1-1 on the season.
ABERDEEN IRONBIRDS (6-9) LOST 4-3 IN 10 INNINGS AT TRI-VALLEY – A (SHORT)
