The Orioles beat the Texas Rangers 10-9 in 10 innings Tuesday night. The drama started in the 9th inning when a Corey Seager two run homerun gave the Rangers a 9-8 lead. Down to their last out, the Orioles tied the game on a Rougned Odor (1 for 5, 1 run scored, 1 RBI) solo homerun to right field.

The Odor homer was significant because it helped ease the pain of Marcus Semien beating out a grounder to Odor in the ninth; he was the baserunner for Seager’s homerun.

In the 10th inning, the Rangers loaded the bases with one out but could not cash it in. Once again, down to their last out, the Orioles walked it off with a Cedric Mullins (3 for 4, 2 doubles, 2 runs scored, 3 RBI, 2 walks) RBI double.

Ryan McKenna (2 for 4, 3 runs scored, 1 RBI, 1 walk. 1 stolen base) homered in the 8th inning and gave the Orioles the brief 8-7 lead that they enjoyed going into the 9th.

Ramon Urias went 2 for 5 with a run scored and 2 RBI while Trey Mancini went 2 for 4 with a double, a run scored and 1 RBI and Anthony Santander went 2 for 5 with a run scored and 1 RBI.

Starting pitcher Austin Voth allowed 3 runs on 4 hits, walked 1 and struck out 3 over 4.1 innings.

Joey Krehbiel was credited with the win for his 1 hit, 1 walk and 1 strikeout 10th inning effort.
