The Baltimore scoring came on two homeruns, a second inning solo homer by Ryan O’Hearn (1 for 4, HR, R, RBI) and a fifth inning two-run homer by Ramon Urias (1 for 3, HR, R, 2 RBI, BB). The rest of the Orioles offense consisted of 5 singles by Colton Cowser (1 for 4, BB), Adley Rutschman (1 for 4, BB), Gunnar Henderson (1 for 4), Eloy Jimenez (1 for 4) and Jackson Holliday (1 for 3, R, BB).
Cole Irvin made the start for Baltimore and got a no-decision for a 2 run. 5 hit, 2 walk and 3 strike out effort over 4.1 innings.
The Urias homerun gave the win to reliever Matt Bowman (1-0) who pitched 1.2 clean innings.
Cionel Perez (1.1 IP, K), Yennier Cano (0.2 IP, H, 2 K) and Seranthony Dominguez (1.0 IP, H, BB, K) combined to keep the Dodgers off the board with Dominguez earning his 7th save.
