The Baltimore Orioles defeated the Los Angeles Angels 1-0 on Saturday. The Orioles rode a sea of Hawaiian Shirts and Floppy Hats to their seventh win in a row.

Don’t blink or you will miss the scoring. With one out in the 4th, Ryan Mountcastle (1 for 4, 1 run scored) singled, advanced to second on a wild pitch and scored on Anthony Santander’s (2 for 4, 1 RBI) one out RBI single.

Trey Mancini went 1 for 4 and Tyler Nevin went 1 for 2 with a walk. Nevin’s father, Phil, Los Angeles’ Interim Manager, finally saw his son play in person, albeit from the visitor’s dugout.

Dean Kremer (3-1) was solid. Making his 7th start, the right-hander limited the Angels to 2 hits over 5.0 innings and earned the win. Kremer walked 4, struck out 7 and hit a batter over those 5.0 innings.

Felix Bautista struck out 2 in 1.1 innings of relief.

Jorge Lopez notched his 16th save with a 1.0 inning, 2 strike out effort.
