Minor League Game Summaries 4/10

Cedric Mullins continues to pick up where he left off in spring training. He went 3-for-5 tonight for the Baysox, bashing his third home run of the season already. He also drove in two and drew a walk and is batting .545 (12-for-22) through his first five games at AA. He’s the Hangout Minor League Player of the night.

(1-4) Tides [AAA] Won 3 to 0

  • Alec Asher pitched well in his Tides debut (4.2 IP, 4 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 6 K). Could he be in line to pitch for the Orioles this Saturday in Toronto? Stay tuned.
  • Stefan Crichton, coming off a great spring training, worked 2.2 perfect innings with 2 strikeouts.
  • Jimmy Yacabonis worked two perfect innings with two strikeouts to notch his first save of the season.
  • Robert Andino went 2-for-3 with a double, a triple, and 2 RBI.

  • Tanner Scott made the start for the Baysox (3 IP, 2 H, ER, 3 BB, 3 K).
  • Aderlin Rodriguez went 2-for-5 with 2 RBI and hit his 3rd home run of the season. That makes three consecutive games with a homer now.
  • Sean Coyle went 2-for-6 with a pair of doubles and a pair of runs scored.
