It took 10 innings for the Orioles to stop a six game losing streak by beating the Boston Red Sox 5-4. Pedro Severino‘s one out single scored Cedric Mullins for the walk-off win.
Mullins’ sacrifice bunt moved Rio Ruiz to 3rd and Ruiz scored on a Matt Barnes wild pitch to set the stage for Severino’s heroics.
