Friday night in Boston, the Baltimore Orioles overcame two six run deficits (6-0 and 8-2) to defeat the Boston Red Sox 12-8. The Birds scored 10 unanswered runs against the Bo Sox.

Anthony Santander (2 for 4, 1 HR, 3 Runs Scored, 3 RBI, 1 BB) started the Orioles scoring with his 4th inning two-run homerun. He also put the O’s in the lead 9-8 with a 9th inning RBI single and scored the team’s 10th run on a wild pitch.

Austin Hays (2 for 4, 1 HR, 2 Runs Scored, 2 RBI, 1 BB) also got to wear the homerun chain with his 8th inning homerun with Santander on base.

Not to be outdone, Jorge Mateo (1 for 5, 1 HR, 1 Run Scored, 3 RBI) also shared the homerun chain.

Rougned Odor went 3 for 5 with a double, 2 runs scored and 1 RBI.

Kyle Bradish started and just didn’t have it on this night, allowing 6 runs on 6 hits (1 homerun) with a walk, 2 strikeouts and hit two batters.

The comeback win made Cionel Perez (3-0) the winning pitcher; Cionel faced just 1 batter to end the 8th inning.
