The Baltimore Orioles played the Atlanta Braves as the Sunday Leadoff game on Peacock. In a game that started at 11:35 am, the Orioles lost 3-2 in 12 innings 3 hours and 29 minutes later. It was a long and disappointing way to end both the game and the road trip.

In a game that was tied at 1 each after nine innings, the Orioles were not without chances to blow the game open; they loaded the bases in both the third and sixth innings. They scored a run in the top of the tenth but were unable to close out the game, allowing an Atlanta run in the bottom of the tenth. Two innings later the game was over and the Birds dropped the series.

Cedric Mullins went 1 for 5 with a run scored and a walk.

Adam Frazier went 1 for 4 with a double and a walk.

Anthony Santander went 2 for 4 with 1 RBI.

Austin Hays went 1 for 4 with a run scored and a walk.

Taking the loss was Cionel Perez (1-1) who allowed the unearned run in one-third of an inning; he also allowed 1 hit, walked 1 and struck out 1.
