The Milwaukee Brewers scored 11 runs against Baltimore Orioles pitching for the second game in a row, defeating the Birds 11-5 on Saturday at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The Brewers seem quite comfortable in Baltimore, scoring 22 runs on 30 hits, including 5 homeruns in two games.

Saturday’s game started off with the Orioles jumping on former Oriole DL Hall for three runs in the bottom of the first inning. Ryan Mountcastle (2 for 4, HR, R, RBI, BB) and Jordan Westburg (3 for 5, HR, R, 2 RBI) both homered off their former teammate. Adley Rutschman (2 for 5, HR, R, RBI) touched Hall for a homerun in the third inning. Hall lasted just 3.1 innings and allowed 5 runs on 3 hits (3 HR) while walking 1, striking out 4 and hitting Anthony Santander (0 for 3, R, BB, HBP) with a pitch.

Gunnar Henderson (1 for 5, RBI) hit a RBI single in the second that allowed Colton Cowser (1 for 4, R, SB) to score.

The Orioles managed just four singles and a walk against Milwaukee pitching over the final 5.2 innings.

Starter Dean Kremer (0-1) struggled on the day, allowing 8 runs, 6 earned, on 10 hits (2 HR) with a walk and 3 strikeouts over 4.0 innings in recording his first loss of the season.

Keegan Akin (1.2 IP, H, K) continues to deliver in relief and has now allowed 3 hits with a walk and 10 strikeouts over 8.0 innings (6 appearances) for the season.

Newly acquired Yohan Ramirez (1.2 IP, 2 R, H, BB, 2 K) and Mike Baumann (1.2 IP, R, 3 H) finished out the game for Baltimore.
