30 year old Orioles Ace Asher Wojciechowski had his great breaking pitches working again allowing only three hits and two runs over seven full innings.
He was unscored upon until a Matt Thais home run in the fifth inning. He walked one, struck out six, and threw an efficient 100 pitches.
Shawn Armstrong pitched a clean eighth and Evan Phillips allowed a single run in the ninth. Stevie Wilkerson was not called upon.
Renato Nunez and Trey Mancini homered. Tony Santander was 3-for-4 with a double and three RBI.
