The Baltimore Orioles lost their series with the Cleveland Guardians on Sunday when they fell by a score of 3-2.

The Guardians struck first, plating three runs in the first inning. A three -run homerun by Andres Gimenez gave Cleveland a lead they would not relinquish. The Orioles would draw close on a Ryan Mountcastle (1 for 3, 1 run scored, 2 RBI, 1 BB) fourth inning two-run homerun. Unfortunately, that is as close as the Orioles would get.

Ryan McKenna went 2 for 3 with a double and a walk.

Dean Kremer started and allowed 3 runs on 5 hits (1 homerun) while walking 1, striking out 3 and throwing a wild pitch over 4.1 innings; Kremer was the losing pitcher.
